Support to Governing Bodies for Headteacher Performance Management

Governing bodies for maintained schools are required to set objectives for their Headteacher as part of an annual appraisal.
LEARN TSA can provide a trained Local Leader of Education (LLE) as an external adviser to support with advice and consultation regarding appropriate objectives.
